Carrots, ginger and pineapple juice

Ingredients: 10 carrots, 1 cup pineapple, 1 inch of ginger.

Preparation:

1. Wash, scrub and rinse the carrots well. Trim off the very top 1/2 inch or so. Peel ginger. Cut pineapple into pieces.

2. Juice according to your juicer.
3. Stir before drinking.

4. Keep in an airtight container for up to 36 hours in the fridge. It is best fresh within a few hours.
