Ingredients: 45ml balsamic vinegar, 15ml Dijon mustard, 1 clove garlic (minced), 120ml olive oil, pinch of salt and pepper.
Preparation:
1. Combine the balsamic vinegar with Dijon mustard and minced garlic.
2. Slowly add the olive oil while continuing to stir the mixture.
3. Season with a bit of salt and pepper and mix again.
